The Sunburst Gymnastics Team competes in the San Antonio and South Texas region in USGA events. The head coach, Nathan Britt, has over 15 years of experience coaching levels 1 through Elite. He is assisted by coaches Katherine Bona, Shannon Friedel, Chelsea Little, Rickie Thompson, and Ashley Cherry. Sunburst currently holds multiple South State championship titles and continues to strive for excellence in competitive Gymnastics.
Sunburst Gymnastics Academy trains women’s Gymnastics levels 1-10 in the USA Gymnastics program. Levels 1-3 compete in inter-squad competitions. Levels 4 and above compete in USAG sanctioned competitions all over the state of Texas.
